Manufactoring Accelerator
AT AXANDUS WE SUPPORT INNOVATIVE COMPANIES WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR MANUFACTURING STRATEGIES.
FROM DESIGN TO FULL-SCALE MANUFACTURING, OUR DEDICATED TEAM WILL HANDLE EVERYTHING, MAKING SURE YOUR PROJECT IS A SUCCESS.
We begin by redesigning the prototype, which won’t have been conceived with mass production in mind. The aim is to be able to manufacture it at very little cost, in large quantities and in a way that is both reliable and repeatable. The main stages of this phase are:
01.
ASSESSING THE STATE OF PLAY: COST AND LEVEL OF RELIABILITY
We will work with you to analyse your project, giving you as clear an idea as possible of what is up ahead.
02.
IDENTIFYING PRIORITIES
The purpose of this crucial step is to identify the key phases for the execution of your project.
03.
PROJECT PLANNING
We come up with a schedule for the whole process, from design all the way through to series production.
04.
DESIGNING & IDENTIFYING
This is when the product is designed and the assembly steps are identified.
05.
PROTOTYPING
The team will work on the original model of your product in order to make it suitable for large-scale manufacturing.
06.
Sourcing
This is when we seek out suppliers, labour and resources, drawing on our experience and our catalogue of suppliers in order to find the best components at the best price.
07.
TESTING AND VALIDATION
Before launching series production, the different prototypes must first be tested, validated, improved and optimised.
08.
DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT
Once the final version of your product has been validated, it’s time to consider how it will be manufactured, the aim being to keep costs to a minimum.
09.
THE LOGISTICS CHAIN AND DRAFTING THE MANUFACTURING FILE
To further reduce manufacturing costs, it is important to consider all of the other parties involved in the process of manufacturing your product.
10.
QUALIFICATION
Checking to make sure everything is compliant with regard to standards and certification.
11.
CERTIFICATION
The final stage before the launch of your product, this is when you must seek out the appropriate certification for your particular sector. Not all of these are obligatory, but they do provide a good way of setting yourself apart from the competition.
